Excerpt from a report on very rare side effects associated with use of Symbiofree:
…Jonasson was pronounced braindead at 9:15 PM. She remained in a coma through the use of life-support on the wishes of her family, but at that time we had no brainwave activity from the patient or any sign she would recover the use of her body or faculties.
Jonasson opened her eyes at 10:17 PM. Brainwave readings continued to show no sign of activity, but her eyes were open, blinked to maintain moisture, and tracked light. Over the next few minutes she recovered the ability to breathe on her own, though feeding and hydration continued through intubation and intravenously. Brain activity continued to be non-existent even as the beginning of movement was observed in the extremities.
With no other significant medical conditions or treatments of note besides her implant, representatives of Launier Pharmaceuticals, owners of the Symbiofree (T. potestas) patent, were contacted.
The representatives confirmed my suspicions before they contacted their legal team and took the patient out of our care. Margarette Jonasson was dead. But the T. potestas parasite assisting in the administration of her insulin was alive, swiftly taking over the maintenance of her body’s autonomous processes, and beginning to assert fine motor control.
It is possible that further developments might have occurred, but I cannot attest to what they looked like, as all hospital staff were escorted from the room and all cameras deactivated for the duration of Launier Pharamaceuticals’ involvement in Jonasson’s care.
After approximately two hours, a hovjet from Launier landed on the roof. Use of the corridors outside the patient’s room was cut off by armed Launier security personnel as a blanketed gurney was removed. Ten minutes after that, at 2:27 AM, I was informed Jonasson had suffered a lethal cardiac event and I should report to the family her time of death was 12:31 AM. I received a small urn from the morgue and a signed death certificate to give to them at 2:46 AM.
I do not think Jonasson is the first case of this happening to someone with a Symbiofree implant. I certainly don’t believe these are her ashes.
What is Taenia potestas?
Does Launier even know what they’ve made?
Report ends.
